Microbubble is hardly rise, but stay steadily in water and gradually shrinking by pressure in water. They never combine each other as they got a negative charge of electricity. On the other hand, millibubble is going up to surface straight away in short time.
Microbubble go along flow of water and they may reach all aspects of objects.
Bubble less than 50 μm in diameter is shrinking in water. Larger bubble more than 50μm is going up.
As a bubble of diameter is smaller, its buoyancy is decreasing gradually under the condition that diameter of bubble is less than 50 μm. Bubbles go along a flow of water and could reach all respects of the material.
As bubble size is smaller and smaller and density of bubbles is increasing, surface between liquid and gas and chemical reaction area extends and gas can merge more efficiently in liquid.
Internal pressure in bubble which is approximately less than 50 micron-meter in diameter is getting higher and higher as diameter of bubble getting smaller and smaller. Inside temperature of bubble which has already shrunk reaches several thousands degree and high pressure when it breaks momentarily. Water molecule is resolved and become free radicals at that time .
The process of microbubble is shrinking changes by difference of various conditions like depth (hydraulic pressure) and the water temperature and amount of electrolyte. It takes tens of minutes from a few seconds.

Going up steadily to a bit less than 20mg/l of DO and reachs the top.
Gradually decreasing in oxygen concentration, but it reaches saturation level in 180 min. but never goes to under the saturation level.
Internal pressure of microbubble go up by shrinking in water. When microbubble breaks , temperature momentarily reaches several thousand degrees and several thousand atmospheric pressures. Molecule of H20 is resolved at that time and become free radicals.
